We are currently looking for a superstar Administrative Manager to join our team of professionals.

Job Scope:

Responsible for managing our office which may include but not limited to: purchasing and maintenance of all equipment and supplies; manage office vendors and negotiate pricing; first point of contact for visitors; restocking kitchen; organization of office files, electronic files, and transactional records; ordering company apparel; scheduling and maintenance of conference rooms; preparing and distributing monthly project and meeting calendars

Oversee the Information Technology needs for the company: purchase and manage software and hardware for company employees; troubleshoot minor issues; work with 3rd party vendor on complex issues; assess current equipment of all employees and make recommendations where needed; manage office telephone system and company cellular phones and work with appropriate vendors to purchase and resolve issues; set up new employees with necessary equipment and software

Maintain records and process documents for a myriad of business entities and state and local business licenses

Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for executives and perform monthly reconciliation of credit card accounts

Assist executives, Accounting, Human Resources, and Marketing as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative support or office management role; experience or exposure to managing a company’s IT is a plus

Strong computing skills in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Solid attention to detail and negotiation competencies

Prior experience within Real Estate, Construction, Human Resources, and/or IT is a plus

Friendly, professional, engaged demeanor with a sense of humor

Excellent organization and oral & written communication skills

Team player with an ability to work well with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds

Motivated with an ability to proactively take on additional responsibilities and assist where needed and review processes and ways of working and make recommendations

Must demonstrate a willingness and ability to continuously learn and develop new skills
