During his session, Mike shared an update on building and safety codes, offering practical insights on how to navigate ongoing changes in construction standards and compliance. Drawing on both his leadership role at Cityscape Residential and his service on the state’s Building Safety Commission, he discussed how evolving codes are influencing development strategy and project delivery throughout Indiana and the Midwest.
