As Director of Asset Management at Cityscape Residential, Evan Wyss oversees the strategic and financial performance of the company’s multifamily portfolio. He is responsible for asset optimization, value creation, and portfolio strategy, ensuring long-term success for Cityscape’s developments.
Evan brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, having held key Asset Management roles at Thompson Thrift and Global Leasing roles at Simon Property Group. His expertise spans acquisitions, dispositions, CRE leasing, fund management, and investor relations, providing a well-rounded approach to investment management.
A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a dual degree in Accounting and Finance, Evan is also a certified Achiever through the Bell Leadership Institute. In addition to his role at Cityscape, he owns and operates a portfolio of short-term rental properties, further expanding his real estate expertise.
Evan is actively involved in community service and volunteers with Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity, contributing his time and skills to housing initiatives.
