His multifaceted experience includes roles as a draftsman, project manager, construction manager, director, vice president, and president, showcasing a depth of expertise rarely paralleled.

Mike, a 30-year member of the Indiana Bar Association, has contributed significantly to renowned organizations such as CSO Architects, DLR Architects, Hunt Construction Group, Shiel Sexton Construction, Lauth Property Group, and Keystone Group throughout his illustrious career. As Senior Vice President of Development in commercial real estate development, he further solidified his status as a dynamic force in the field.

At Cityscape Residential, Mike Patarino assumes the pivotal role of President of Construction, where he leverages his wealth of experience to spearhead the construction group. Under his leadership, the team consistently delivers high-quality projects on time and within budget constraints. His track record boasts the successful completion of projects exceeding a cumulative value of $1 billion.

Beyond his construction prowess, Mike has been a licensed Indiana attorney since 1992, adding a legal dimension to his skill set. His commitment to education is evident through his advisory board membership and adjunct professorship in the Masters in Professional Studies in Real Estate Development program at the University of Indianapolis. Also, Mike currently has an appointment by the Governor as a Commissioner on the State of Indiana Fire Protection and Building Safety Commission.
